The items I received were in damaged condition. The case was warped and torn, the cloth bag had stains on it, a wood component was missing, and the two special coins were for some other trick and not the correct ones for this item. I was told the items were "new" and were sitting in the shop for three years.
I requested to return the package based on the damaged condition and missing items but was told no returns. He mentioned this was a stated policy, but the mobile site I ordered from did not have any such policy listed. My confirmation email and printed invoice also mention nothing of this policy.
Vince did order a new wooden part, but I still haven't received it. He also was willing to send the special coins needed for the trick.
The problem I have is with the condition of the items. Since he would not accept a return, I asked for a discount and was told there are no discounts because I already got a 10% promotion for ordering through his site.
The damaged condition of the items was ignored by the seller. I should not be paying full price or even a promotional price for the condition the items were in. We we're not able to come to any solution.
I ended up filing a complaint with the credit card company and received a refund. I offered to return the items at my expense, so that the store would not have to eat the cost, but he said he would not accept any packages from me.
I tried my best to work with Vince. His responses were prompt, but he did not understand the problem, even when I offered to send pictures to show him the damage items.
I was disappointed that we were not able to come to any solution.
The product was new. Never performed and never left the shop. From the outset you have been hypercritical, litigious and difficult to communicate with. I offered everything I could fairly and appropriately do to help you with the issues you reported. You refused. Very sorry none of my efforts were acceptable to you.
