I had a last minute flight that I needed my dog for. I spent half a day calling at least a dozen ESA companies with no luck at all because it was a Sunday or the therapists were away and a host of other problems. I called Real ESA Letter in tears because I was certain I was going to have to travel alone and I can't really function without my dog. He has saved my life, has gotten me through some bad panic attacks, and prevented so many more. I NEEDED him with me for thisntrip and no one could help, EXCEPT FOR THESE GUYS! I called at almost 7pm and told them my problem and that I needed a letter for the next morning. AND THEY GOT IT DONE! I was able to print my letter and went through the airport with no problems with my pup! Forever grateful and I cannot thank them enough! A potentially disastrous trip for my mental health was turned into a wonderful, fairly carefree trip thanks to them!
