Bought slippers in January and they are HORRIBLE! I contacted them immediately asking for a return and talked to "Lexi," she said I need to contact the "after-sales service." I follow all instructions, ask for a return label, and get no reply. I check in regularly via email asking for the return label. Continued to get ignored. 11 months later I ask if they are ever going to answer me and they tell me I am too far past the 14 day return date! I have been asking every month for 11 months! Customer service phone number doesn't work, chat doesn't work, emails NEVER returned.
