I hit a big win on a slot machine game bonus winning $25,000. I go to withdraw it (thinking there won't be any problems because it clearly stated on their front page that they do large withdraws without asking for kyc documents.) Well my withdraw is rejected several times why? Because now all of a sudden they are wanting kyc documents. When it clearly stated on their front page they are a no kyc casino. All they could say about it is once you sign up to play there you authorize them to ask for documents. Complete false advertising. So needless to say I never got paid. Just another casino doing anything they can to avoid paying a big winner. Do yourself a favor and don't even deposit here. There are real anonymous casinos out there that won't try to avoid paying you when you win big. Deposit at one of those, not here.

I never had any problems they were instant deposits and withdraws using crypto like they claim. Now I try to withdraw $1,900 using Litecoin and they want me to send in documents, ID, etc. I specifically play at no Kyc casinos with crypto because i don't want them having my personal info on file for a hacker to easily get. I wouldn't play there if I had known they were going to do this. I have withdrawn several times and deposited many more times and they never asked until now. I'm tired of this.
