We had a little trouble with an employee not wanting to give us our money back for an online order but once the owner got ahold of our email he made sure to call us and makes things right. The ladies at the Conway store were so nice and helpful. We walked away with some new boots, hey dudes and a new saddle. Best saddle prices we have ever found, including looking out west!

Online orders can be hard to return in store but they will do it if you talk to the right people
