People are confuse what is all about PissedConsumer. They are not BBB. Is fair enough they allow people to post they own experience and others to view those comments to be aware of bad business practices who can impact tremendously negatively they life. People should still complaint to proper channels like FTC, BBB, attorneys general etc. most important to FTC for they can take proper action against those businesses, like for example ORBITZ, EXPEDIA, all this third party, which betray consumers very badly
