I ordered two colors from their site to do a half and hair color style (black and their UV reactive Blue), and it was shipped within the hour of ordering. I got my order within 4 days of ordering. (and I live in Alaska) :) The dye is also some of the best I used. Worth it

I ordered back in December (an order totalling over 100 dollars), and I still haven't recieved it. I've been emailing them since and all I get is "that's a postal service issue, not ours. Take it up with them." Currently disputing that transaction.
