The website was always poorly designed/convoluted as far as finding what you're looking for but I never had any actual problems with this place. Until now. Now they accept your order, charge your card and send u? NOTHING. On your account page your order is "processing." Naturally there is no answer when you call and no response to emails. I just got off the phone with my credit card company which will be taking up the dispute with doggiefood.com as I certainly am not paying for what I didn't receive. There are obviously BIG problems happening at doggiefood.com.
