I purchased many thousands of stickers/labels from this company.
First they didnt send me a proper proof of the sticker like other companies. I thought this was odd. The die cut was completely off and the lady (cecilia Lee) said the proof really doesnt mean anything and they would be cut perfectly. After they cut them they were totally wrong... But actually they said they would do it again and im waiting on that.

The second issue was the color.
I need to put my stickers on a white container but when the stickers arrived they were a light purple ( the stock paper was purple) Cecilia blamed me and said first that the color i received was totally fine. Later she said it was my fault i never told her i needed pure white.
I have done business with a dozen other stiker companies and I have never needed to say (pure white)
If the file I give the company has color print or images on white background then obviosly i need pure white background.
If a company has 2 different stock colors they need to confirm this with the customer first.

Now Im out 500USD. And now waiting for the other half of my order.

The picture on the right side is a local supplier i used and is actually white... The ones on the left side are what Cecilia calls milky white.
