CARMA Corp, made numerous mistakes. Their most significant error was the over billing for my water and electricity utility services by $340.82. I made a request for a refund in October 2022 and they have taken over three months to respond. Is there no limit to their dishonesty as they have gained over four months of interest on this money they wrongly have acquired. It is impossible to contact them by telephone. It is now February and they have made an offer to refund the money by cheque. However, as they took so long to agree to this I no longer have a Canadian address to receive the cheque at. I was Amazed in this day and age that CARMA CORP have refused to refund the $340.82 back into my account by a bank transfer or direct deposit. Ironically, this is a service they require customers to use. Beware CARMACORP, over bill and they make it very difficult to get your hard earned money back!
