Actually unbelievable customer service.
I submitted a paper hoping to receive a solved one within the deadline I provided, the writer did NOT oblige by the deadline of my coursework, resulting in me getting a 0 on it since after submission deadlines coursework is not accepted. Even then, I still gave him more time to do it since I thought my lecturer would still consider a late submission, after I gave the writer 10+ more hours I was mortified with the paper he sent back to me. The first and easiest question was completely incorrect, and a question worth more than half the marks on the paper was left completely blank.
I received a ''final decision'' stating only a 40% refund is applicable.
What exactly did I pay for? I got a zero? He did not submit it by my assignments deadline? I would understand if he submitted incomplete work within the deadline then the 60% they kept would be for that, but he did not even submit it by the deadline, meaning whatever paper he provided would be useless.
If anything I deserve a 100% refund and a compensation for the waste of time, if he only told me he was not able to do the question or follow my deadline I would have simply not paid for any service and done the paper myself, but I was stupid and believed their promises to I did not even attempt to solve it myself and put my complete trust in the writer.
Karma will get you. Its not okay to do this to people.
