Purchase a go pro from them on Walmart website ( didn't realize it was a 3rd party thought it was from Walmart) So the product was damage, the hard plastic was broke and the back of the go pro was cracked. They first said they will give me some of my money back and suggest to keep it. NO SIR. WHY WOULD I WANT A CRACK PRODUCT! They would not want that if it happen to them. It was not package right to me. Came in just a plastic paper, to me it should came in a box with some protecting around it but no. Sent pictures and routing number when i sent it off. Ask for a full refund. Email talking about remind them I want a refund REALLY! I done told them to many times. Well lets just say i had to call Walmart to get my refund because i dont believe they even put it in like suppose to.It was like week or 2 later when i realize they have not given me my refund.
