“"Freelancer transaction isn't protected by PayPal Buyer Protection"”

It's hard to find "withdrawing membership". There is no reminding email for reaching your one month trail. Even you got the charging email from Paypal, you cannot withdraw your membership. Following are the reply email from Paypal:
"Thanks for your patience during our review of this case. Unfortunately, this transaction isn't protected by PayPal Buyer Protection. As a result, this case has been closed and we're not able to take any further action."
