I've ordered a swimsuit now over 6 weeks ago, I even paid for express shipping. It STILL hasn't arrived. I was told that it was on the customer to make sure that I knew when it was arriving, and I've been tracking this package very closely. I've gone through all my USPS & Australia post emails & notifications. I was never notified. I was notified that it was delivered to my address! I checked & did not. It was returned to the company & and it still said it was delivered to my address when it was not so now I'm in this back-and-forth trying to get my package that I spent over $100. One of the emails I received that it was the customers responsibility and they went on a small tangent about that… then In another email they admitted to knowing that they have had issues with the mail services they choose to use. I have second handed Moana pieces, as a company I'm pretty disappointed they do a lot of false advertising by saying buy a swimsuit get a swimsuit for free but it's quite literally just a reversible swimsuit, you won't receive an additional swimsuit as advertised … that is straight up FALSE ADVERTISING. It also strikes as false advertising when the owner Irina has built her whole brand on being size inclusive… yet she doesn't make styles that are multi body friendly & then my favorite part, she photo shops her photos! For a smaller waist & bigger butt, it's just discouraging... & honestly just $#*! talking the "size 2 stick thing girls… so I made this brand" which is $#*!ing rude man. We can't be size inclusive, and then talk $#*! about the girls that are smaller than you. It's just rude. It's bad business.also I would love to have a Customer service person not sound like a teenager in trying to do deal with this issue.
