I ordered some Winter Citrus Wreath handsoap from this company on 12/13, with an expected date of arrival to be 12/24... I waited until that day to chat in and ask where my package was. They told me there are delays due to holiday (understandable) and refunded my shipping, which was kind of them. I waited until 1/2/21 and chatted back in to see the status, as UPS still only said "processing"... They told me that they can issue me a refund. I asked for a replacement since it was a Christmas gift, but they said they are sold out. I appreciate the refund, but I feel that it's not very fair to wait 3 weeks for something, inquire about three times and be told that you are out of stock. I am not upset at anyone, but at the situation. I sure hope that package arrives, and if it does- I am happy to pay for the product.
