7 Cups has been very helpful to me. I struggle with general anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and ADHD and when I really need to talk to someone and receive compassion, I go to 7 Cups. I have not had a bad experience with listeners so far, though I do know that has happened to some people. Personally, every listener I've had a conversation with has been supportive and I always walk away feeling better. The forums are very friendly and accepting of new people. It's a website I feel comfortable on.
Tip for consumers:
It might take a while to get used to the website but it's fine, just take your time and ask for help if you need it, people are very kind to newbies
