First, I wanted to pay the 14.99 and was charged 27.99. Not happy at all about that. Secondly, I received an email from you stating that there were changes in a particular report and that name was inside the email. To my dismay upon opening the report, I couldn't view everything because I had to upgrade which cost more money. Your information is not up-to-date. I could not find any information that was different from when I did the report the first time all the information is at least eight years old. Finally, I would like my money back.
I chose people with because of an email that was sent to me stating there were changes on a particular person’s report. That turned out to be a big negative and your report is eight years out of date.
