I have ordered face masks from this site on a number of occasions, because I was very satisfied with their comfort, fit, and protection. In Sept., I placed an order for $100 worth of masks. On the web site, they looked like the usual design. Three weeks later, I reached out to the company to find out why I had received an email notifying me that the status of the order had been updated to "delivered" when I had not in fact received them. I received several emails over the next week asking for the same information over and over again and promising to "escalate" my case. I eventually received an email from someone claiming to be an executive stating that the supply chain had caused the delay in delivery. I suddenly received my order two days later (shipped from NY). The entire design of the masks had changed. The material was cheaper, so the masks now gapped at the top and bottom. Instead of comfortable tube elastic threaded through a casement, the masks now had cheap, thin, flat elastic tacked to the corners. As a result, the masks now gapped at the sides, as well. I complained again. The alleged executive promised to send me the same order done in the original style. That was in October. I'm still waiting and out $100. Dear reader, learn from my mistake. Do not order masks from this untrustworthy, duplicitous seller.

The offer you ended up claiming required that you opt in to our recurring shipments and a free VIP Membership Trial to receive your free gifts. It looks like only the recurring shipments were opted into, which explains why those items weren't included. We can confirm that the credit is still on your account and that as you requested, your account has been changed so you can now shop without recurring shipments.
