I ordered a Valentines gift on February 2,2022. It is now February 21 and my order hasn't even been shipped yet, it is still under "processing." I was told by someone from their support group that the item takes 5 to 7 business days to make and 9 to 12 business days to get to me after shipped. If my calculations are correct I will receive my order over a month after I paid for it. Customer service representative's have a way of being nice but only to buy more time. They seem to be very comprehending but it's just so they can buy more time and calm you down. It is a China Based company so I fear that I am waiting all this time and my items will be crap! I should have done my research on them before purchasing, totally my fault. Hope this helps people stay away.
