Even as I settled into the dental chair, I sought confirmation that it was still covered and received the same response. However, a week or two later, I was surprised to receive a bill indicating that the procedure was not covered. Trusting their expertise, I believe that I should not be liable for payment, adding to the ongoing dilemma.
