The company is in grave need of additional HR. The lack of HR leads to the recruitment of inexperienced employees and lack of proper training. The work environment is decent, and the co-workers are friendly. However, these are offset by incompetent management who doesn't know how to address problems effectively. Also, most employees are overworked and do not receive adequate compensation. The company seemed great during the interview, but they failed to deliver on any of their promises. It seems the management lacks direction.
