I booked a flight for my partner on my card, they said that they needed further verification. I sent it to them and called them (after being on hold for over an hour) to confirm that everything was ok. They said yes and that payment would be taken in 2-3 hours. 6 hours later and no payment taken - they said the flight price had increased and cancelled the booking. Not cool
