They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have reached out multiple times via email and via phone. They don't even pick up their phone lines, they just go straight to voicemail. I have threatened legal action and got one response that said "we are on vacation." My $300 order of clothing was never received by me and I am now at a loss of this money. I had to file a police report and still I have heard NOTHING from Peppermayo. I am about to get lawyers involved because this is absolutely ridiculous.
