I ordered a pair of iPhone headphones and was told that the cheapest shipping option would still have a tracking number, so I chose that one, having been told it would take 10-25 days. Not only has it now been 7 weeks, but I still don't have my product, the tracking number doest work and all three of my inquiries have been answered with 'it'll be there in 10-25 days and since you chose flat rate shipping there is no tracking'. The tracking number I received in my confirmation email is apparently just there for fun, it doesn't track anything and now they say I have to wait ANOTHER whole month (after the almost 2 I've already waited) before they will give me my money back. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT A YEAR TO GET YOUR PURCHASES
