Ok hard to get to and to finally get through to place order and thought I was to get a discoount for firstt order
The box arrived and was left at our garage, when my husband saw it, the box was open, but the urn was wrapped in brown paper inside. When we took the urn out, it had an indention on one side, it was plastic. Joss&Main is sending a replacement without me having to spend money to send one back.
