“Still not arrived”

So my dress still hasnt arrived after 5 weeks and 2 days and BREE now said the tracking number is not from her shop, so I sent her a copy of her email stating that I have been given a new number (which is the one she said isnt from her shop)

I think its time I went to fraud department as there is clearly no dress on the way.
