I ordered an item for this Christmas in early October, which was supposed to be delivered today (11/16). The whole day goes by, and I haven't received it.
I e-mail customer support asking them to investigate it, and they say that the order has been deleted and will not be delivered, and that they cannot give any more information about it. Thinking that it may have had to do with the fact that I used a Visa gift card, I asked them if my card would be charged. They literally copy and pasted the exact same form message and sent it to me again.
Not satisfied with this, I called customer support. The woman who answered seemed confused about it, too, and so she put me on hold while she looked into it. She gets back on the phone... and tells me almost verbatim what the form e-mail says. When I asked her any further questions, she just kept repeating that she couldn't give out any other information about it.
This seemed really shady to me, especially since they had over a month to let me know that there was an issue with the order. There were no offers to make up for it or reship -- just stonewalling with unhelpful information. Due to the experience trying to buy this item, I am definitely taking my business elsewhere, and I warn other online shoppers to think carefully before shopping here, too.
