... but not the fault of the company, unfortunately the glasses were misplaced by Royal Mail and never delivered due to the huge strain on these services due to Covid-19. SBG did eventually refund for this but it did take a bit of back and forth correspondence between us. But I want to fair and say it was an extremely difficult period for them so I really appreciate them resolving the issue despite the time taken. Would look to buy from them again in the future.
