I purchased a dress on Dec 31st for over $200+ and when it arrived over a month later it was poor quality, ill-fitted and not worth the excessive price. I tried to submit a return but was only offered store credit which I thought was pointless, if this is poor quality and ill-fitted why should the other clothes be any different? - I also only used this site to purchase this one dress I'd seen advertised on Instagram.
I contacted the support page straight away and got not reply.
A week later I sent another message and got a reply simply saying I'd need to process the return online, and only then will the shop review if I was worthy of a full refund, which seemed very suspicious. By the time I finally got this response however my refund was void due to it being too long and in trying to contact the company multiple times have got no reply. Unsure what I could have done differently to get a successful outcome.
