I made a reservation on their website based off the days I put in and when I checked out it had adjusted the days by one day. I immediately reached out to them within seconds of the reservation to get them to change it to the next day for my reservation. I was told becasue I did not pay extra for their insurance which is a SCAM that they could not help me. Then the agent who is a liar said he called the hotel and they refused to change the date and that I was out of luck. Even showed them where their platform made the mistake but they will do nothing about it. I was told I could get an email to request a refund and I have sent all the screenshots to prove their mistake and sent over 5 emails after that and have received NO RESPONSE from them at all. Do not use them.

Do not trust them since they have transferred to Onekey.

They are scammers. The Price Match Guarantee is a joke and they do not approve it even if you have a confirmed booking with another company for the exact same hotel. Then they take 3 weeks to refund your money so they are drawing interest on it as they sit on it. They do not respond for the price guarantee either you have to continually check back with them. The do not send a confirmation email of the price match challenge so there is no record for them to have to honor anything. They will find any reason to deny it even if you provide them screenshots of the new booking on another site. Use Hotels.com or One Key/Expedia you get better pricing and honest results to tricks and scams. Also I tried to comment on thier Facebook page and they blocked me. BUYER BEWARE!

I tried this service for the first time and what a joke. They give you an estimated delivery time knowing that the driver is going to do a ton of other stops before he gets to you. SO now it is an hour later and your food has been driving around in the U drivers car getting stone cold. No communication from the driver even thought I expressed my concern to him. Just crickets. My driver Bruce 693EOc was horrible and so is their customer service. I just sat there and watched as he kept extending the time for delivery. It just kept getting worse and worse.

Do not order from them. They are scammers. The products are substandard in material and inaccurate website. They also sell out of items that you have ordered and do not tell you and will not refund your money for the items. They also create a shipping label the minute your order to make sure you cannot return the items even though they do not ship it our for at least 15 days which is the time you have to return the items.

There is no way to contact them and no information on where to return your items. BUYER BEWARE.

Tip for consumers:
Never buy from them. They have no way to get in touch and the product is junk. They are SCAMMERS.

None. I returned the entire order because of the substandard junk they sell.
