I thought I ordered the roll-on, and next time will insist on it because the top of this tube was nearly impossible to open. I had to use a jackknife to cut a hole in the lid. It was more difficult than it should've been, IMO. Next time I will try to make sure they send the roll-on. Otherwise, the gel itself is very soothing and does kill the pain in my knee.
