In 2018 I ordered shirts from Wordans that never arrived, though my credit card was charged. I wrote and called the company multiple times with no success. Last year, in 2020, I was contacted by a company representative, who apologized for past issues and the order was filled. It is my understanding that the company is under new management. I do like the product so I would definitely give them another order in the future.
I ordered 6 tee shirts on April 27,2018. It is now November 23,2018 and though my credit card was charged at the time of order I STILL have not received my order - that's right, SEVEN months later - and no-one has responded to my email inquiries, though I do receive an automated email that says a customer service rep will respond w/in 2 days. If I could give this company minus 10 points I would.
