We purchased our first Channel Master and had trouble with it for several months. We called the company many times and they tried to troubleshoot the issues by phone without success. After almost a year, they agreed to let us send it back and found it actually was defective and sent us a new one. We have had issues with this one as well and wish we had never purchased their product.
