I have been a customer of Pivitol Home Solutions (previously Nicor Home Solutions) for 18 years. The cleaning and maintenance plans have saved me a lot of stress and prolonged the life of my units. However, the agents are limited in their duties and supervisors don't seem to have time for resolving problems, such as a scheduled service no show. I had to persist, then dispatch was very friendly and helpful.
Tip for consumers:
Definitely worth it if your HVAC systems are older or not working efficiently. I would not pay the monthly fee for newer, efficient units, though

I have had both the clean and check services and the maintenance plan on both my air conditioning system as well as my furnace/hot water systems.
The health of my gums and teeth has improved as the result of Dr Hanson and his educational advice. He is not pushy, but will not sugar-coat the truth. I respect him for his professionalism
Tip for consumers:
One of the few professional dentists who is willing to work with state aid insurance

I posted a review detailing the unprofessionalism and damage to my home by an HVAC company. The owner replied with lies and defamation towards me. I provided her with the facts and pictures, then my review was completely erased. I reposted my review, including the picture proof regarding CRS. Will Yelp protect this company again, or allow potential customers to be aware of my very real and legitimate experience?
