I joined ilovekickboxing simply because they had a web special, but it has honestly blown my mind. It's the most effective workout I've ever gotten, in the most positive and supportive environment that I've ever been in. The staff push people for a better workout, but also respect that different people have different limits. I signed up for a membership and can't wait to lose some serious weight!
