“Terrible service”

Super long ship times, but finally received product and after the long wait it doesn't fit. Website says it will fit, customer service said it won't fit and now they are charging me to return the item. WTF!? Have to file a claim with my cc company to fix this 2 month long disaster. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

A 36" wiper blade that is $50! Was shipped folded in one half and now has a permanent bend in it....
