“Never received the glasses but company says I received...”

Never received the glasses but company says I received due to I did receive the try on glasses and returned them. They have the USPS signature card with the date I signed for the try on glasses. I have an email saying they received the try on glasses back. Credit Card company, Master Card through Navy Federal, sided with lenesrx.com.

Also there extended return policy starts the day you place the order and the orders take over a month just to get the try on glasses.
