First let me say they've never let me down before. But this just felt ridiculous, I ordered the computer and I received it, when I ordered it, it didn't have any specifications on graphics, the graphics were completely horrible. Worst I've seen since 2013 a few days later when I had time, I figured I'd submit a refund request within minutes of placing the request it got automatically denied Due to it being out of the packaging. I'll be paying off the rest of what I owe and not using this app again unfortunately.

Most laptops must be unused and in new condition with the Factory Seal still in place for all applicable items (i.e. Electronics, Fragrances, Unmounted Tires, Motorized Bikes & Scooters, etc.).
