Canceled order within 24 hours but still keeps 30 percent for canceled orders if not done within 6 hours. Deleted the emails by mistake so can not prove how long before canceled order. But you have to question a company that keeps 30 percent for a cancel order that they haven't even began to start to process yet and pretty much nothing is returnable with them. I do reviews for several websites and truthfully have never dealt with a company like this and never will again after this. Obviously if they have policies like this in place has to make a person question why you would feel it's necessary to keep 30 percent of a canceled order. I do all my shopping including groceries on line and never have dealt with a company that has such a policy in place. So before you deal this company you might want to read the fine print on their company policies. This is definitely not a company that cares about their customer service or their customers for that matter. This was a real eye opener for me but I can see how people would and can get slammed by a company how many people actually read the fine print on a company. If they put this in larger print on the top of all their order sheets to insure their customers were aware of their crazy policies I'm sure this company wouldn't be in business for long or at all. No customer satisfaction is even offered with this company. I have copies of all emails back and forth with this company who offered me a 15 percent discount not to cancel. But it's the principal not the price that upset me. Buyers Beware...,
