Optimistic, positive- when I love something, I REALLY love it- and tell everyone about it. If I have an issue with a product or service- I always go straight to the company and tell them, giving them the chance to correct the error. If they do- great- I include it in my reviews which are usually very positive. If the company doesn't react appropriately, I give them another chance- if they still don't provide good customer service- I leave a review warning people.
How I Can Help
I really am passionate. When I love something, I tell the world about it. When I have a negative experience- I tell the world about it! I know what excellent customer service looks like, I expect it from every transaction. I also know what companies can and should do to keep a customer happy if something goes wrong. They either live up to my expectations or they don't. There are too many choices in the world- bad customer service needs to be addressed.
