I ordered my glasses on 9/28/21 and was notified after 2 days the frame was on backorder and would be in stock on 10/19/21. No problem, right? Wrong. I used the Klarna App to fund my purchase, but by the time Go-Optic decided to try to process the payment, the Klarna card had expired as they only last a few weeks from the time of creation and will then be considered "void." Well, I didn't hear from Go-Optic until 10/26/21, at which time I was told my order had been canceled due to an "Invalid Payment." Bull. The order was canceled because they have shoddy customer service and do not follow through on claims of stock arrival dates. If you're going to claim you are "The Online Optical Superstore," do not run your business like a back-room 2 person operation. Poor business practices when it comes to customer service. Overall grade? D-
