I ordered a garland for my kitchen mantel. After waiting for 2 weeks, I got an email from Grandin that my return was processed. Made no sense because it had never been delivered to me. I never got it! I called and spoke with 2 different people and both said that UPS often sends back packages that are damaged. Really? I have received hundreds of UPS deliveries and it never happened before. No apology for the inconvenience and clearly no concern with customer satisfaction. Last time I support Grandin Road!
