Booked my flight return through Travelgenio. When I confirmed with the airlines they informed that changes were made to my ticket and I should contact the Agent. I Emailed Travelgenio who confirmed that the booking was cancelled (by the air line?) and that they would refund me my money. To date nothing received after several emails. I just feel that they have taken advantage of a 75 year old woman, hoping that I would let sleeping dogs lie. SHAME ON YOU
