DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! This has been the worst experience ever! I ordered a pair of shoes and when I received them, they were a size smaller than what I ordered. I called customer service and they apologized and said "Yes, the sizes run small." (NOWHERE on their website does it disclose this.) That CS Rep said they would replace the shoes and send me a paid for return label. As of today... NO LABEL When I call and try to get it straightened out, I am now told that they will not satisfy this customer. Basically too bad, so sad! I really thought this is a good company but have learned the hard way, THEY ARE LIARS!
