I will simply share the email I just sent to the customer service:
Every time I have tried to use your site since my last(first) purchase, there are too many literal flashes and disappearances of pricing to bother! I contacted CS before to find out why so many items that were supposed to be on clearance were not showing a color. Therefore, I could not add any to my cart.
It was a nasty disappointment to find out that they simply were not available in the first place! Thanks for NOT removing them and wasting my time.
I was told this was a bug that was to be fixed but I see that it has become much worse as I just tried shopping your site again and even have a literal headache from all the silly tricks to lure customers in with the emails of great sales... ONLY to find a web site of time consuming images that you have to click on only find out they are not available or the color available is an additional cost from what is boldly stated!
This is manipulation and underhanded marketing techniques that IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER AND SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT IS SIMPLY OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY PATRONAGE!
