I bought tickets for the World Cup final in Brazil since August 2013.
I got an e-mail from the site about 8 days before the event, saying that they were not going to deliver the tickets and that they will refund my money. (A lot of money as I had bought 6 tickets).
I traveled to Brazil from the USA, and spent a lot of money taking my family to this event and despite of letting them know that if they knew of any problem to deliver the tickets, to let me know to cancel my trip, they made me spend a fortune and did not deliver the tickets.
I got an e-mail about two weeks ago asking for my bank details as they mentioned that they were ready to refund my money. Today, two weeks after their e-mail and more than a month after the event, they have not refunded the money!
I have sent several e-mails on the last two weeks and they do not reply at all.
