I had a conversation with a girl regarding my payment. You am using the app from 7-8 months and have always made payments on time. This time I forgot to pay and they charged huge amount of late fine. So I was actually waiting for a call from the service so that I can talk about a waiver. When u got the call I could not pick up. The lady name: Natasha Sharma talked without manners and was shouting at me… she made attacks on my personal financial status. She used derogatory language which is not acceptable. Overall not very reliable app in just one month you charge so much late fine n when asked for waiver the customers are treated with disrespect. Very bad and saddening experience.
