It's been 2 weeks, no mag, no contact and unfortunately leaving my Dad with no present. Disgusting behaviour.
Tip for consumers:
No service, no mag to rate value, paid shipping but mag never shipped, no contact from them so no refund as requested, the worst quality I have ever experienced.
