THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER. SINCE HOSTING WITH ZAP MY ROOTSERVER PASSWORD SSH KEY HAS CHANGED REPEATLY THEN TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY WANT YOU TO PAY TO RUSH THE TICKET. MAKES NO SENSE. I DONT UNDERSTAND THEY PEOPLE. THEN WHEN I FINALLY GET AHOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TELL ME THEY GOIGN TO FIX IT. SO THEY SAID THEY FIX IT THEN THE NEXT DAY MY ZAP ACCOUNT PASSWORD IS CHANGED. AND THEY THINK IT IS FUNNY CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT EVEN REFUND YOU THE MONEY THEY WILL ONLY GIVE IT BACK IN ZAP COINS MEANING YOU CAN ONLY USE IT WITH THEM. SO BASICALLY ITS NOT A REFUND. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DONT TELL YOU BUT THERE IS A 5 DOLLAR REFUND FEE. YUP. AND REFUND IS BASED OF THE NUMBER OF DAYS U HAD THE SERVER. EVEN IF YOU COULD NOT GET IT TO LOAD OF. CAUSE BELIEVE ME YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP PRESSING IT TO CONNECT OVER AND OVER JUST TO GET A CONNECTION. ITS HORRIBLE. WORST AND NO GOOD. IF I WAS YOU DONT DO IT.
