I am always hesitant to order online from businesses I have never heard of before.
I did a search and found they had the lowest price with free shipping for a large jug of 303 protectant.
It arrived in two days by courier, and most importantly the jug was in a sealed plastic bag so if it leaked there would be no mess. I have purchased liquids from a large online retailer, and they leaked during shipping causing a mess inside the box and damaging other items inside.
Very pleased with Royal Distributing online service, and would readily order from them again.
I would not recommend Purolator Courier though because the box had a clear label "This Side Up" and they left it sitting on my porch the wrong way. Luckily the jug did not leak.
My only complaint with Royal Distributing is that they do not provide a receipt with their HST number on it so that the HST paid can be claimed for a tax refund as I purchased this for business purposes.
Tip for consumers:
Very happy with the service received when ordering from an unknown business online. I wanted to share this so others could hopefully know they are dealing with a reputable business before placing an online order because this business is not BBB accredited.
